Temporary Staff Leasing

Contract Staff Leasing

We currently have 1200+ staff on lease. We are responsible for all aspects of their HR management including recruitment, contracting, payroll, welfare management, and training and performance management, staff incentives and motivation. Typical roles include customer service advisors, bank tellers, technicians, engineers, front office administrators, sales agents, field staff. These are long-term placements typically for the duration of the contract between NFT Consult and the Client.
