Our half-day workshop is for people who wish to understand how to write effective CVs and cover letters and gain greater insight into interview techniques as well as appropriate behaviours.

You'll also:-

• Learn techniques to help control interview nerves
• Discover how to use your voice to convey a confident & engaging style
• Be able to deliver convincing answers to your interview questions
• Know how to use body language to build rapport with your interviewer
• identify the best way to structure a cover letter.
• understand what to and what not to include in a CV
• identify steps to take before making a job application
• understand appropriate interview behaviours.
• be able to prepare effectively for an interview;
• and gain insight into commonly used interview techniques and why they are used;
